Delete Your Chedoku Account

If you created a Chedoku account (via Google Sign-In or email/password), you can request that it — and the data associated with it — be deleted.

How to request deletion

1. Email chedoku@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account (or tell us the Google account you signed in with), with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We'll verify it's you and process the deletion within 30 days.
3. You'll get a confirmation email once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account itself (email address, Google Sign-In link, user ID) and your saved puzzle history/progress associated with that account.

What's kept

Nothing tied to your identity. Anonymized app-usage analytics events, which were never linked to your account, may remain — see our Privacy Policy.

Note: this deletes your account. To just clear your locally saved puzzle history without deleting your account, use Remove data in the app's Settings instead.
